Building Plan Specification Clauses

Unitex has a proud history of having products specified on building projects, from small scale residential renovations, through to some of the largest commercial projects. Unitex’s highly capable in-house staff, high quality products, and Australia’s leading CodeMark accredited EIFS cladding system combine to provide specifiers peace of mind when using Unitex products on their projects.

Unitex Uni-Base Board Systems

Unitex 75mm (or 50mm or 100mm) Baseboard System supplied and installed according to Unitex Specifications.

Unitex Render to new brickwork

Two coats Unitex Redi Render followed by one coat coloured Unitex Texture (2 coats Unitex PTC Sealer as required)

Unitex Render to Cement Sheet

Unitex Polymer Render and 50mm mesh to joins followed by one coat Unitex Polymer Render to entire surface, and one coat coloured Unitex Texture (2 coats Unitex PTC Sealer as required)

Unitex Render to AAC Panels

Seal with Unitex Cembond. One-two coats Unitex Fast R Render followed by one coat coloured Unitex Texture (2 coats Unitex PTC Sealer as required).

Aluminium Angles
Aluminium Angles are used on the inside and outside corners of walls.
Stainless Angles
Stainless Steel Angles are used on the inside and outside corners of walls when close to the beach.
